Gitana Lifestyle – Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Gitana Lifestyle purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. Our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with international consumer standards.
1. Return Periods
European Union (EU)
Customers in the EU may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving the order, in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day withdrawal period. After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.
United States (USA) & Rest of World
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for orders shipped to the United States and all other non-EU countries.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition in which they were received
- Free of scratches, marks, or signs of wear
- Returned with all original packaging, dust bags, tags, and accessories
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of:
- Custom, personalised, or made-to-order items
- Items returned with missing components or damaged beyond original shipping condition
- Gift cards or final-sale items (where clearly marked)
3. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact our Customer Care team:

Please include your order number and the reason for return.
We will provide you with a return authorisation and all necessary instructions.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- EU customers: Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- USA & Rest of World: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive the returned item for the refund to be completed.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
6. Exchanges
We are happy to process exchanges under the same timeframes as our return policy — 14 days for EU customers and 30 days for USA & international customers, counted from the date of delivery.
To request an exchange, please contact us at hello@gitanalifestyle.com and include:
- Your original order number
- The item you would like to exchange
- The new item, size, or colour you would prefer
Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Please note:
- Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns (unused, undamaged, with all original packaging).
- Any difference in price between the original item and the new selection will be for the customer’s account and must be settled before the replacement item is shipped.
- Return shipping costs for exchanges follow the same rules as our return policy.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
