At Gitana BV, we aim to deliver your order safely and efficiently, wherever you are in the world. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on gitanalifestyle.com.


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • European Union (EU)
  • United Kingdom
  • United States
  • Other international destinations

2. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment approval.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • During high-volume periods (product launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.


3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after the order has been dispatched.

European Union

  • Standard Shipping: 4–6 business days

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 4–5 business days

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 6-9 business days
  • Express options available depending on region

Rest of World

  • Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days
  • All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, courier availability, or external factors beyond our control.

Shipping fees are shown at checkout based on:

  • Destination

and in some cases

  • Chosen shipping method

We aim to offer competitive, transparent rates with no hidden charges.

International shipments (outside the EU) may be subject to:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Local handling fees

These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

Gitana BV cannot predict the value of these charges, as they vary by country.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We cannot be responsible for:

  • Delayed shipments due to incomplete/incorrect addresses
  • Lost packages resulting from customer errors
  • Re-shipping costs if the carrier returns your package due to address issues
  • If you realise an error, contact us immediately.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.

However, we will always assist you in resolving delivery issues:

  • Lost packages: We will file a claim with the courier and support you throughout the process.
  • Stolen packages (marked delivered but missing): Please check with neighbours/building staff. If still missing, contact us and your local carrier.
  • Unexpected delays: Customs and local postal services may occasionally delay deliveries.

While Gitana BV is not liable for courier or customs delays, we will always help resolve issues as best we can.


9. Pre-orders & Made-to-Order Items

  • If we offer pre-order items, estimated shipping dates will be displayed on the product page.
  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together unless otherwise stated.
