Aurore means dawn, and this square wears the name well. A warm coral centre glows into soft peach at the top, as if the sun has just come up over the garden. Blowsy pink roses, pale lemon lilies and buttery yellow blooms gather in the corners with plum-red leaves, while sprays of blush blossom and little sky-blue flowers drift across the middle. A hummingbird hovers, a long-tailed jewel-toned bird perches in the branches, and two more birds swoop and settle, surrounded by turquoise butterflies and tiny blue dragonflies. Framing it all is a wide coral leopard-print border with peach spots and turquoise flecks, because a little wildness never hurt anyone. Fine fringes on all four sides add a touch of movement.
The print is an original design, drawn with a nod to Art Nouveau, flora and art history: romantic, a little vintage, and never too sweet. It's printed on a blend of 70% cashmere and 30% modal, so it feels warm and soft yet surprisingly light and airy, with a lovely supple drape.
At 90 x 90 cm, it's the scarf that goes everywhere. Knot it at the neck over a camel coat, tie it loosely with a crisp white shirt and denim, wrap it around the handle of your favourite bag, or wear it as a headscarf for a weekend away. Care Note
Cashmere likes to be pampered. Hand wash only, using a special wool detergent and no fabric softener. Soak briefly, pat gently, then rinse in clean water. Press out the excess water by rolling it in a towel (no wringing!) and dry flat, away from direct heat. Treat it kindly and it will stay soft for years.

If you choose to hand wash your garment:
- Wash gently in cold water using a detergent suitable for wool and silk.
- Do not wring or twist the fabric. Instead, gently press out excess water or roll the garment in a clean towel.
- For stubborn marks, use a specialist stain remover designed for delicate fabrics.
- Iron on a low setting from the reverse side if required.
- Natural pilling can easily be removed with a fabric shaver or lint remover.
